By the end of this virtual program, parents will understand how to stimulate a full milk supply, how to latch and ensure your baby is drinking enough from your breast, and how to find professional lactation support. *While this program refers to “breastfeeding” and “mothers”, it is intended to be inclusive to all families and parents, including those who identify as the birthing parent and prefer to use the term chestfeeding to describe feeding their baby from their breasts/chest. Did you know: The World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommend exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 months of an infant's life.
