Teen Art Club: Make a Halloween Bracelet

Make a spooky bracelet with Halloween themed beads and charms with other teens for TeenTober. All materials will be provided. Registration required. Don't have a card right now? No worries! Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
